Trucking insurance depends on fast quotes, current fleet data, documents, compliance, payments, and access to human help. Customers and insurance teams needed one clear way to manage all of it.
Our role
One platform for customers and operations.
We connected the customer journey, internal operations tools, cloud services, and document processing in one platform built for the pace of trucking.
Our published portfolio includes instant quote experiences, certificate of insurance workflows, and AI-assisted driver license data extraction. We do not include private architecture, carrier logic, customer data, commercial terms, or internal performance metrics in this case study.

Our published contribution
Rubix's published scope connects customer and operations interfaces with digital quote journeys, certificate-of-insurance workflows and driver-license data extraction.
The connected workflow
A trucking customer supplies information needed for an insurance journey.
Quoting and certificate workflows connect customer-facing steps with operations tools.
Driver and vehicle document processing feeds information into the wider product.
What the delivered workflow enables
A connected insurance experience brings customer journeys, operational work and document processing into one platform.
Engineering considerations
Quote journeys depend on data and external services beyond the form. A useful design makes incomplete information and operational handoffs visible. Document extraction needs a review path before uncertain data is used elsewhere. These are engineering considerations for this type of workflow; private carrier rules and architecture are outside the published scope.
What we brought together
A complete platform behind the screens.
The product depends on customer flows, internal tools, documents, data, and services working together. These are the parts we can share publicly.

Public product information
What LuckyTruck shares today.
Public platform sources checked July 12, 2026. These facts come from LuckyTruck's own product materials. They provide useful context without suggesting that every current feature or result was created by Rubix Labs.
01
Digital quote, purchase, and bind
LuckyTruck says its digital motor truck cargo journey can take a customer from an 11-question application through payment and binding in 10 minutes or less.
LuckyTruck's public materials describe integrations with Motive, Samsara, Geotab, and Verizon that can pull driver and vehicle details into customer profiles and quote flows.
LuckyTruck also offers a configurable certificate of insurance compliance product for networks with different requirements, supported by access to insurance agents and markets.
Complex products work better when one team sees the whole system.
Customer experience, operations, documents, integrations, and compliance all affect one another. Product and engineering decisions need to be made together.
